Karsten Siebert, M.ED., PC
As a Gestalt psychotherapist I do not only focus on
symptom relief alone but encourage healing and
growth of the whole person. Where appropriate, I apply
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) interventions to
support your healing process. AIT is a dynamic new
energy psychotherapy that provides lasting relief from
a range of psychological disorders.
I earned my M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University
and am licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio. I received post-
graduate clinical training at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy in New
York and in Advanced Integrative Therapy. I am adjunct faculty at CSU's
College of Education where I have taught a range of graduate level courses in
Adult Learning and Development and Counseling Psychology.
A native of Germany, I had a successful career in Finance before becoming a
coach and counselor. I received an MBA from Universität Osnabrück, and
worked with investment banks Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank in
Frankfurt, London, and New York. I am a graduate of the International
Coaching program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland which is world
renowned for its theory, practice, and methods of coaching and consulting.
I use my unique combination of Finance and Applied Psychology skills to
provide results oriented coaching services that empower individuals, teams
and organizations to achieve their full potential. My approach is both
experiential and experimental in nature, the results are transformational.
I have coached leaders in range of organizations, from investment banks to
non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
